CHANGING OLD TO NEW SWITCHES / SOCKETS

• Electrical Installation Service includes replacement of Hager brand of switches and/or sockets
  
• The Electrical Installation is for existing switch/socket replacement without power supply rewiring
• Subsequent points will be $15 per point
  
  
  

ADDING NEW SWITCHES / SOCKETS

• If want to install a new point, it will be $100 for the first point
• Subsequent points will be $25 per new point
• Cabling will be $25 per meter
  

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Switches replacement DO NOT include power supply wiring, PVC casing and switch back/mounting box. (Additional charges apply upon request)
• All surface installation only (NO wall hacking, conceal piping and painting)
  
• Installation packages are for small offices and housing up to 12 feet height (Different charges apply for commercial units)
• Installation service is only for Hager brand of switches & socket products
• Doesn't include installation of lights fixtures, fans, air conditioning, water heater, etc (Additional installation will charge separately by Electrician)
• Customers will need to apply for approval from management for gated community or condominium residential
• Electrician will contact owner for appointment within 1-2 working days upon order received
• The appointment has to fall on working days - Monday to Friday (Additional charges of $10-$30 for appointment on a weekend or public holiday)
• If the customer requires two separate sessions to complete installations, and additional transportation cost of $45 applies.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: if there is an issue or customer is not satisfied with the quality of the service, we shall go back and rectify the work for up to one time within a month from the installation date
• All electrical service work are within Singapore only
